Mildly Unstable was built by someone who's been in the chair. ADHD, OCD, PTSD, the lot. Not to be dramatic about it. Just to make something that felt true.
We built our brand for the functionally chaotic. Not the dramatic. Not the “main character meltdown.” Not the toxic positivity crowd either. Just the self-aware ones.
This isn’t a mental health brand. It’s an identity brand.
We don’t romanticize struggle. We don’t glamorize breakdowns. We don’t do cringe quote tees.
We design self-aware streetwear for people who understand the joke - because they are the joke.
Why We Exist...
Most apparel in this space falls into two categories:
- Generic inspirational quotes
- Overly edgy, try-hard chaos aesthetics
We wanted something different. Something controlled. Intentional. Witty. A little distressed — but not destroyed.
